The operator

Which legal entity operates the service

Retail Parity Access tier is a commercial designation for the entity that owns and manages this platform and the related trading system.

The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.

Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.

Group companies and service providers

Certain operations - infrastructure provision, settlement services, pricing information, client verification procedures - are delivered by qualified independent service providers pursuant to formal contracts. The types of service provider we engage, and their treatment of your personal information, are outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.

Framework

The regulatory framework we work within

We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.

  1. 01

    Client identification

Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.

  2. 02

    Financial-crime prevention

Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.

  3. 03

    Handling of client money

Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.

  4. 04

    Fair and clear communication

Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.

  5. 05

    Data protection

Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.

  6. 06

    Complaints handling

A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.

In cases where a jurisdiction enforces more stringent standards than the foregoing, such stricter standard shall apply to users based in that location.

Availability

Jurisdictions served and excluded

The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.

Where the service is offered

Accounts may be opened by residents of the countries listed as eligible in the registration flow of your account. If your country appears in that list and you pass verification, you can proceed. If it does not appear, the service is not available to you.

Where the service is not offered

  • Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions or embargoes.
  • Territories requiring a specific local licence for providing such services to non-professional users, which we do not currently possess.
  • Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
  • Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.

No solicitation

Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.

Documentation

Obtaining organisational and regulatory documentation

Account holders, prospective account holders and institutional partners are entitled to request our organisational and regulatory materials. These are furnished upon written request rather than made publicly accessible.

What can be requested

  • Confirmation of the operating entity and its corporate particulars.
  • The current client agreement and the schedule of costs applicable to your account.
  • A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
  • The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
  • Privacy documentation pertaining to your individual personal information.

How to make the request

  1. 01

    Write to us

Use the contact route on our contact page. Put "Regulatory documentation request" in the subject line.

  2. 02

    Identify yourself

State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.

  3. 03

    Receive the pack

Replies to requests will be provided within the interval specified in the request confirmation correspondence. Certain documents may be issued in partial form where they include proprietary or sensitive operational information.

Documentation will be dispatched to your registered contact information on record. Account-related documentation cannot be transmitted to external parties without your express written permission.

Contact

Regulatory and compliance questions

Enquiries regarding our regulatory standing, our regulatory adherence, or concerns warranting higher-level attention should be submitted through the regulatory contact channel rather than standard customer service.

How do I raise a compliance question?

Send it through the contact page and mark it "Compliance". Include the account email address if you already hold an account, and describe the question in a sentence or two.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Forward your message via the identical channel with the header "Complaint". You will get a confirmation, a case number and an expected response schedule. If the resolution does not address your concern, the reply shall specify the available next-level review choices.

How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?

Please use the report misuse feature. Fraudulent representation of Retail Parity Access tier via communications, promotional material or imitation websites should be flagged there to enable appropriate intervention.

Are queries from organisations or news outlets routed this way?

Correct - route them via the contact form with a descriptive title and they will be forwarded to the appropriate department.
